Payment policy is 30days remittance on provision, stores, spares and cabin supplies,while technical supplies and other services rendered are payment or part payment before delivery/service.

Return Policy
Kindly be advised that our company operates a strict No Refund Policy.
Once goods have been supplied, delivered to the nominated place of delivery, and duly received in good order and condition - as confirmed by the Vessel’s Master or authorized representative - no refunds, cancellations, or reversals shall be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
All goods are carefully inspected, packed, and delivered in accordance with the buyer’s order and specifications. Upon delivery and acceptance, ownership and risk pass to the buyer, and our responsibility for the goods immediately ceases -
Any loss, damage, deterioration, or incident occurring after delivery and acceptance, whether onboard the vessel or at the buyer’s location, shall be solely at the buyer’s risk and cost.
These policies form an integral part of our terms and conditions of sale and is deemed accepted upon placement of an order and/or acceptance of our invoice.
